「A one night stay - cozy hotel with great service and communication. Rooms are nice, beds are hard but for its stars a good experience 」

「Peaceful property with beautiful view. Away from crowded areas of Mallorca, but still well situated to access all parts of the island. Service was the highlight. Excellent staff. The food was also top notch!」

「The front desk staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly — they truly made us feel at home. The only challenge we encountered was during check-in. Since the staff isn’t always on-site and we were traveling from North America without a local SIM card, it was difficult to contact them upon arrival. It would be helpful if clearer instructions were provided ahead of time, such as a WhatsApp number or email listed on the Expedia page, or even a pre-arrival message with contact details. 「Das Hotel hat eine großartige Lage in mitten der wunderschönen Altstadt Alcudias. Wir sind nach einer Wanderung in der Tramuntana mit dem Bus angereist, was unkompliziert war. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen. Das gesamte Hotel und das Zimmer Pollenca sind stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles, was man sich wünscht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gern wieder. 」

「We loved everything about this place, except the drive through the very narrow streets. The hotel was in an excellent location, right by the square with all the shops, restaurants, bakeries and groceries. The Tram to Port Soller was so fun. Our rooms were fantastic, the outdoor space was great for an evening drink and chat. It was a quiet place to rest and start our next days adventures. Loved it 」

「It was unclear whether we could get food as the hostel website said definetly no but reviews spoke about how good the food was. When we got there we found there was dinner and breakfast available but it had been a bit confusing. It is important to make this clearer as there are no restauarants or shops anywhere nearby. The host was a bit off hand with some of the guests.」

「Appartment was very clean when we arrived. Cosy place with air conditioner in bed room. Terrace with privacy and great equipment. The place is very quiet and you need a car to get here. The check in is a bit confusing as you get contacted multiple times via different channels, e.g. Whatsapp. But once you are there it's great. We enjoyed our stay.」

「Jeg overnattede på dette fredelige hotel kun en enkel nat, men jeg ville gerne være blevet der længere. Det var som om at træde ind i en historisk bygning, hvor tiden ikke havde flyttet sig. Bygningen var indvendigt om et museum og værelset var meget stort og renoveret med en nænsomhed og respekt for det historiske. Poolen var ikke stor, men jeg nød at slappe af der. Det korte ophold blev til et fristed for mig i min travle hverdag. Jeg vil meget gerne komme tilbage igen. 」

「Et fantastisk nydelig og rolig sted. Anbefales for alle som er ute etter et mer genuint Mallorca. Bil trengs, da stedet ligger temmelig isolert på landsbygda. Vil reise tilbake snart!」
