  • Our holiday apartment on one floor, is located in the city of Balestrate, so that all the shops are easily accessible, as well as the beach is relatively close. The apartment is spacious. maintained and well equipped, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchen and living room with a veranda overlooking the sea invites you to dinner at the fresh air. The apartment is equipped with SAT TV and air conditioning.

Clean and In the heart of the small friendly town

Lovely clean appartment in the heart of the town. Only a few minutes from the Piazza and the coffee shops. Very nice and all equipment needed to fulfill your stay. Also a nice balcony with sea views made for a lovely stay.

Proprietari molto disponibili, appartamento comodo a spiaggia 500mt e servizi, un po rumoroso alla notte per via della strada adiacente. Bel balcone abitabile vista mare che ci siamo goduti tantissimo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo.

The best vacation apartment

It was a walking distance to everything; restaurants, the beaches, grocery stores, bars and not only that but it was in a really cozy neighborhood with a lot of nice people. I would definitely like to go here again soon. The manager was always available to help and the lady was really nice and helped whenever we needed. Defenetly recommend, five stars from me.

Die lage ist sehr schön vor allem das man die ganze zeit Meer sieht klimaanlage Anlage vorhanden innen Einrichtung vorhanden voll möbliert ausreichen pizzeria bars eisdielen Restaurant vor allem fisch 500 Meter vom mehr 800 Meter einkaufen ist weiter zu empfehlen ich möchte immer wieder hingehen vermieter sehr freundlich Gruß Patrizio

Die große saubere und mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattete Ferienwohung liegt am Rand des Ferienortes Balestrate. Man wohnt direkt neben den Vermietern. Die Vermieter sind ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und sehr herzlich. Die Komunikation ist problemlos in deutscher Sprache möglich. Das Auto kann direkt unter der Veranda geparkt werden. Zum Meer mit feinem Sandstrand sind es ca. 10 - 15 Minuten zu Fuß. In der Nebensaison kann man auch direkt mit dem Auto bis zum Strand fahren. Das Zentrum von Balestate mit Resaurants und Supermärkten ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. In der Nebensaison ist es angenehm ruhig, sowohl in der Stadt als auch am Strand.

Wonderful little apartment!

We booked this apartment due to it's proximity to Palermo and the beach. The apartment was well stocked with everything you would need for a holiday as a family. My husband and I, and our 2 year old little boy stayed here for one week. The owners could not have been kinder! They were welcoming and attentive to all of our needs, while still giving us privacy. Fresh peaches and water were waiting for us in the fridge upon our arrival. The apartment manager Ciro maintained excellent contact with us throughout the entire booking and stay process. We found their rates to be very reasonable, and free of any hidden costs. The town of Balastrate was exactly what we were looking for. A little town full of treasures. The beach was lovely and not overly crowded and very close to the apartment, it would have been an easy trek on foot. The cafes all offered delicious happy hour appetizers for free, and had a wonderful selection of food. We found prices in town to be quite reasonable, and the tourist office was very helpful. I would most assuredly stay here again on a return visit to Sicily!!

In buona posizione per raggiungere la spiaggia libera (circa 600 mt) (parcheggi economici sia privati/4-5 € giorno/ che pubblici 0,80 centesimi 1h) di sabbia fine ed a circa 200 metri dal centro della movida di Balestrate. Ottima accoglienza della proprietaria sig.ra Felicia, molto gentile, e del suo mediatore. Usato molto l'aria condizionata presente (1 split ) a causa dei circa 40 gradi e oltre. Qualcosa da migliorare che ho segnalato direttamente alla proprietaria. Consigliato.

L’appartement est bien situé plage et commerces a proximité, mais un peu bruyant le soir. Il correspond bien à la description. Heureusement qu’il y a la climatisation car il y fait chaud.

Urlaub unter Sizilianern

Die Ferienwohnung liegt ideal in dem kleinen, beschaulichen Balestrate. Sowohl den Strand als auch Geschäfte, Cafés und Restaurants kann man sehr gut zu Fuß erreichen. Ausflüge z.B. nach Palermo sind mit dem Bus jeden Tag möglich, jedoch fahren diese nicht sehr häufig. Wer ein paar Tage Erholung mit schönem Strand und italienischem Flair erleben möchte, braucht kein Auto, wer mehr Kultur sehen will, sollte sich tageweise ein Auto leihen. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die perfekt deutsch sprechende Vermieterin ist sehr nett und gibt den Besuchern auch den einen oder anderen Tipp. Auch der Transfer vom/zum Flughafen klappt ausgezeichnet. Kurzum: Uns hat es sehr, sehr gut gefallen.

Ruhiger Urlaub in nettem und überschaubaren Ort

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit unserer Ferienwohnung - komplett ausgestattet, sauber, großer Balkon mit schönem Meerblick. Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer typisch sizialianischen Straße. Gleich um die Ecke ist ein kleiner Lebensmittelhändler mit wunderbar frischen Fleisch - und Käseangeboten, die zum Selberkochen regelrecht einladen. Zu den nächsten Supermärkten, Bars, Restaurants und dem "Corso" von Balestrate läuft man max. 5 Minuten - es ist wirklich sehr zentral. Balestrate selbst ist ein netter und überschaubarer Ort, in dem man mitten im sizialianischen Leben ist. Die Menschen sind sehr freundlich - wir fühlten uns nicht als "Tourist", sondern als Teil des alltäglichen Lebens. Balestrate hat 2 schöne Stände, zu denen man jeweils ca. 10 - 15 Minuten läuft. Individuelle Ausflüge kann man auch ohne Auto mit dem Bus oder dem kleinen Zug unternehmen - diese fahren nicht häufig, aber ausreichend. Wir waren in Palermo, Trapani, Marsala und dem Nachbarort Castellamare de Golfo (hat eine schöne, kleine Altstadt und einen netten Hafen mit mehreren Restaurants). Tipps zu Ausflügen und Fahrplänen gibt die Agentur "Simsalabim" direkt am zentralen Platz von Balestrate. Der angebotene Transfer von und zum Flughafen Palermo hat wunderbar geklappt. Die Vermieterin selbst wohnt gleich nebenan und spricht sehr gut deutsch, so dass man bei Bedarf immer einen direkten Ansprechpartner hat.
