The hostess is very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need. In the morning, you can enjoy a nice breakfast on the top floor while taking in the lovely view. Additionally, the location is only a 2-minute walk to the center and a 10-15 minute walk to the beautiful beach.

Straight forward, and comfortable room.

I stayed here for my first night on arriving into Palermo before setting off around Sicily. It was around 25 minutes from Palermo airport, and a nice location to stay after a late arrival. Great help to check in from my hosts even though I had been delayed on arrival through the airline, and also car hire collection was slow. Simple breakfast of pistachio croissants available at local cafe the next day and the room was simple, and adequate.

Sehr angenehmer Gastgeber, kümmert sich wenn man etwas extra benötigt . Zimmer einfach und gut ausgestattet. Guten Bett und sauber ist es auch . Frühstück typisch italienisch, nur süßes aber wenn man nachfragt ist am nächsten Tag auch Wurst und Käse auf dem Tisch . Lage befindet sich mitten in der Stadt und man kann in Balestrate alles zu Fuß erledigen. Auch Strand kann zu Fuß erreicht werden . Alles in allem eher der ruhige Ort in diesem Bereich der Insel aber einfach Auto mieten und man kann tolle Orte und Buchten zum Baden finden ! Immer wieder gerne dort hin !
