right from the beginning communication with Stayz to get to property was spot on especially for travelers that don't go away much! Accommodation and position perfect and so well priced, immaculate and fresh and roomy. Smart decorative yet cosy. Loved everything about this experience. Thank you so much Highly recommend it

Lovely Prospect Cottage

Prospect Cottage is a perfect gem . Warm and cozy when the weather was bleak in Ballarat. Great location with wonderful amenities. I am a repeat customer and will be back. Can’t praise customer service enough they we’re so helpful.

The Cottage was very modern, the kitchen is one of the best kitchens we ever had it before, and the bathroom floor was fantastic got the heater on to keep your feet warm, King size bed was great, but the mattress is a bit soft for us, and the bedroom was close to the main road.

Prospect cottage stay

This cottage was fantastic for myself and my toy poodle . The cottage was so well appointed with everything you could need clean and fresh. Location was close to town and my family. Would recommend this property A 1 Susie Weeks
