"Price gouged for the George Strait concert unfortunately. Room needed to be vacuumed, towels were dingy and brown with possible blood stains, hair on bed sheets. Carpet was stained with what looked like spray paint. Holes in the wall. Furniture in room was in rough shape. Ice machine in the hallway was beeping incessantly—I ended up walking into the hallway at 1:00am to unplug the ice machine to get it to stop beeping."

"There were no pots, pans, plates, or utensils for cooking and eating. There was no couch or recliner for additional seating. The mattress seemed old and made noise when changing positions in bed. Other items seemed adequate. My stay was one night and did not cook or spend much time in the room. If my stay had been longer these deficiencies would have been more unpleasant."

"Combination of Expedia not allowing me to change an error in initial reservation, to when checking in being told we no longer had a reservation, along with being charged for the one night booked in error to having to pay double for the ONE night we needed the reservation for. Long story, changed 3x for a room for ONE night. Felt as is we were flat out lied to when checking in saying there were no more rooms available because we didn’t check in on the night I booked in error therefore our “2nd night” was automatically cancelled. But then, oh wait, “we actually do have some rooms. Which floor would you prefer?” at an additional nights rate. I would LOVE to speak to a manager at Expedia about this experience!! This problem would never have come about if Expedia would have cancelled the night I booked in error and kept the following night which was correct."

"It was disgusting, stains everywhere, the third floor hallways smell like baby poop. The sheets had holes in them, the bathroom had mold all over it. Stairwells had vomit in it and elevator was broke. Towels were missing from our room. A very poor experience overall, with an increased rate because the concert was in town."
