“nice”

“Rooms are big enough. Breakfast was great. The surrounding neighbourhood is nice and quiet but within reach to city centre. Highly recommended. ”

“This is a lovely boutique hotel - dog friendly, which I wish I’d known! - in a perfect location in the beautiful neighborhood of Ballsbridge. I needed a comfortable but affordable place w/in walking distance of the US Embassy for a very early appointment & the Pembroke was perfect & the room & breakfast were lovely. My only criticism is the skeleton staff. I arrived at 7:00 PM & it was right at the tail end of a downpour. I stopped on the street & put my hazards on, then dragged 2 of my 3 small……

“太差劲了，没有任何服务，房间隔音效果非常差，没有打扫服务，连毛巾都不换。”

“Supermarkets and pubs are around the corner. But the hotel is quite far from the city centre. Room is clean in good condition. Poor sound-proof.”

“The location, staff, breakfast are very good. The location is close to the Baggot Street Upper. There are many stores such as the pharmacy, supermarkets (TESCO), restaurants (WILLIAM SEARSON is very good and fair price), etc.. You can take 10 - 15 minutes walk to the central area of Dublin city and begin your sightseeing. The breakfast is very delicious. You can order a main course and the free buffet (i.e., drinks, fruit salads, cereals, and yogurt). I prefer the Traditional Irish Breakfast and……

“The check-in process was incredibly frustrating. Upon arrival, I and another guest were left waiting outside because neither of us had been provided with an entry code. I had to walk to a neighboring property just to find someone who could contact the host for us. When the host was finally reached, their response was unprofessional. Instead of apologizing for the inconvenience, they were dismissive and shifted the blame entirely onto the booking platform. To make matters worse, the room itself……

“Very clean and comfortable! Restaurant on site and being wothin walking distance to the Dart for transporting into Dublin city center were both very convenient. Friendly and helpful staff.”

“👍”

“We are very disappointed the arrangement of hotel. They give the disable room to us and our feeling is very bad. The bathroom water is not hot enough for taking shower. ”

“I have stayed many times at the Roxford Lodge Hotel and I am never disappointed! I was greeted by the lovely Victoria who offered to store my suitcase as I arrived very early. Victoria was very pleasant and helpful. As usual the room was spotless and has the advantage of air conditioning or heat. The local bus is right outside the door and the dart is about a 10-15 min walk. The air coach to go to the airport is also close by. I highly recommend the Roxford Lodge and will be staying here again……

“Breakfast is good, except my room was a bit noisy”

“Nice location and clean CBD new district Safe”
