“I had a great stay at the Garden House with my adult daughter as we were visiting to attend my son's wedding. We found it to be exceptionally clean and comfortable and is probably the best equipped house that I've ever stayed in. There were even spare toothbrush kits just in case you forgot yours! We had originally planned to bring our dog and wish we had followed through with that. The grassy side-yard is completely enclosed by fencing making it the perfect spot to let your dog play free……

“The listing shows multiple beds in one room. The room had a pull out couch bed and all other beds were mattresses stored in garage and basement areas. We were very cramped with 7 guys trying to sleep. Photos appeared to be a much newer place.”

“The location was very convenient for seeing a Cardinal's game and other downtown attractions, and the price was better than most for a group our size. I don't know what is normal for this neighborhood, but during our stay, we heard gunshots one night and a car horn right outside our window another (likely a break-in, police were there a while) around 4:30 in the morning. There was a strong smell of weed all through our apartment one of the nights we came back. We saw a sign posted a few blocks……
