"Arrived WAY early by public transport and expected to have to wile away our time until the 4PM check-in. However as the room was ready we were able to check in hours earlier which was very helpful. So we really started out on a great footing with our Dungarvan stay."

"I’m not even sure where to start with this one. The facility itself is just beautiful. It’s huge. We ate in both of the beautiful restaurants there for dinners. The food was amazing, the service was excellent, and the breakfast in the morning was delicious. We stayed in the two rooms in the school house. They were wonderful. Everything was walkable, and going up to the Rock of Cashel and then down to the Abby across the street was so much fun. We even spent a couple of hours reading in the drawing room next to the little bar. We loved our trip. It was a splurge, but worth it."

"Loved the location and rooms were comfortable and spacious. Close to the Rock of Cashel an easy walk to pubs. We did eat at the hotel restaurant which was good. It was hard to find food eateries nearby unless you were good with the toasties."

"Hotel is on the outskirts of the city with ample free parking. Surrounded by auto sales dealerships therefore not pedestrian friendly for a stroll. Room was clean and well appointed. The interior felt much newer than the exterior. Excellent"

"We were a family group of 10 adults and 9 children. The castle was so beautiful, spacious, comfortable, and clean! The outdoor space was perfect for happy hour and for the children to run around and play games. The beds were high quality and very cozy. We felt like royalty! Mullinahone is a perfect home base for touring Ireland The town was a very short and safe walk with our 9 young children. People in town were so warm and friendly. Eileen was very helpful and quick to respond with any of our questions. I would stay here again and highly recommend it"
