The Galgorm was one of the nicest stays we've ever had. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout the whole stay. We stayed in a cottage and will definitely be returning.

It was fantastic 2 nights . I proposed to my lady in a lovely romantic place, couldn’t be better . Didn’t get much as gift from them but the place is just amazing . We love it and planned to go there once a year.. Didn’t have £ to give tips esp the valet but he was a nice guy .. next time

Overnight with thermal village

Overnight stay at half term with great time spent in the thermal village. Lots of great facilities to enjoy. Good dinner in Gillies. However the hotel misses the opportunity to provide fine dining in the river room.

Brilliant from start to finish, from the wee man at the front door doing the complimentary valet parking to the waiting staff was exceptional, the food was just beautiful in all the restaurants especially the Castle kitchen restaurant and the added bonus was the transport to the castle , excellent!!!! The spa and thermal village is just amazing even in January!!!! We will definitely return in the not too distant future, 5 star !
