「The flight I take was landed on midnight, and when I be Cliff Hotel was around 3am. The both address on Hotels.com were wrong, I spent a lot of time for searching the accurate one. Please find “Cliff Hotel” on Google map and the address is “Opp Hashem Resturant Prince Mohamed Street 11115, Amman”. When you be there, please look for a alley just on the right of a big junction. The signage is light brown color and wrote “Cliff Hostel” 2 meters above your head. Should be on the second floor in...

「I paid in full my reservation at the time of booking. When I got there the place had been shut down by the government, months earlier, as the neighbors let me know. Therefore, I obviously didn't receive the service I paid for. I had to find a last minute accommodation elsewhere. And, on top of that, Expedia tells me the manager refuses to reimburse my money. Unbelievable!」
