"Positive: room included a bigger refrigerator and a microwave, staff was very helpful, front desk staff in particular were friendly and courteous Other comments: There is not much to the fitness area, and I would not say that it is even a gym. I used the planet fitness down the street instead. There was no hot water and I couldn’t shower. There was a lot of talking in the hallways late at night which impacted sleep. "

"The staff stole an $80 medicated rub from my wifes toiletries that she uses on my back (I've broken 13 vertabra in the past and that's why I have it). It was in a tote bag on the ground next the phone in the room. We came back from lunch and the tote bag was empty. They had emptied the trash but not other cleaning was done like they took it and never came back. We requested they come back to the room 6 times. Nothing was done BUT they did come to ask about missing clothes someone had forgotten in the drawer...very upset."

"The hotel itself was okay. After calling 5x's with no answer house keeping did finally respond to my request for an extra blanket and a set of towels. 2 hours later they did bring it to the room. I went to take a shower that evening the water was cold. I called guest services and maintenance showed up made an adjustment where it was now lukewarm. I was just like whatever, its better than it was. BTW the maintenance guy was excellent. Then we had to stare at a pile of soiled linen stacked up right across from our room for the two days we were there. I only saw housekeeping 1 time in the hotel, and that was when they answered my request. The staff was friendly overall. The expeience, I would definitely not stay here again because of it."

"I only stayed here for overnight, but the room was beautiful. Comfortable bathroom was clean. Kitchen area was clean. Check-in was easy. Staff was wonderful accommodated you with everything. I left my water bottle in the room and they let me go back up and get it of course with security I would recommend this hotel right across the street to 7-Eleven and another breakfast place."
