The front desk closed down around 11pm and left a note to call 0 if assistance was needed… not response to our call. We were locked out of the front door for 1 hour until a guest was leaving.

What I liked about the property was the convenience—it worked for our needs during the stay. However, I would not consider staying here again due to several frustrating issues. We booked for three nights, but the property felt very stingy with supplies. We had to request basic kitchen items like spoons and knives, plates, and even then, we were only given one saucer pan. We never figured out how to use the stove anyhow, and surprisingly, the front desk staff didn’t know how to either. We were provided with just two rags and four towels, even though we booked the room for four people (only three ended up staying). When we asked for extra washcloths at the front desk, we were told we had to bring the used ones down to exchange them—but we didn’t even have enough to begin with. The woman we spoke to, who seemed to be the manager, was very inconsiderate and not helpful at all. The only positive experience was with the lady who checked us in—she was very sweet and remained helpful throughout our stay. Honestly, she’s the only reason I’m giving this property 3 stars instead of 1.

J'ai réservé via Expédia pour éviter d'avoir des problèmes. Je suis arrivé sur place très tard 23h20, la réceptionniste me dit qu'ils n'ont plus de chambre lit king comme j'avais réservé, elle me propose une chambre deux lits doubles, ... ça me vas mais non elle me charge des frais. J'ai du me battre longtemps pour avoir une chambre sans les frais. De plus la chambre était non-fumeur mais ça sentait beaucoup la fumée. C'était petit déjeuner inclus, la réceptionniste a dit ... ah oui déjeuner, et elle a ri. Elle a dit c'est pas tout à fait un déjeuner, il y a des barres tendres et du café ici sur la table, des fois il y en a des fois il y en a pas. Je suis excessivement déçu

I was disappointed. The room is smaller than pics, upon entering the kitchen counter was disgusting! With stains , scratches and chipped up counter tops! Microwave looks rusty, the bathroom counter top had green stains on it as well as was cracked! The toilet had black stains! On arrival they refused to let me use the bathroom in the lobby, so I ended up peeing on myself! No recliner chair in room as in picture. When complained to front desk during day, was told to let them know if I want to check out! So I booked 6 nights but had to stay 2 nights cause the check out time had passed, so I checked out in day 2 and am awaiting my refund for 4 nights . The outside of the hotel looks decent but the inside is musty and smells like cigarette smoke and is in dire need of upgrades ! The staff needs better customer service training ! Because look how they caused the company to lose 4 nights of pay !
