The hotel was very well maintained and clean. All staff were extremely professional and friendly. Breakfast gave a wide variety of options. Our only disappointment was room service on our first day. Waited an hour for it to arrive, called them..apparently they forgot our order. When it did arrive 30mins later, the meal was no longer hot.

"Beautiful, new property, big room, beautiful view, wonderful shower and bed. My only issue was that the lights in the bathroom are so dim. You can't see yourself very well when you are getting ready. Parking was connected with Central Mall. Hotel clients had access to a special area for parking."

"Had to wait over 20-minutes, while room was prepared, even though we arrived well after the 2 PM check in time. Asked front desk to call for taxi for 5PM, but when we arrived in the lobby at 4:58 PM then the front desk called for a taxi. The shampoo, body gel and hand soap dispensers work fine - ..."
