"It was a good hotel to stay for a weekend. Was disappointed that the restaurant was closed. They served food in the saloon/bar, but was not happy with what was on the menu. Went to eat elsewhere. Rooms are outdated and old, hotel needs to do some updates. "

"Housekeeping staff was scarce!!! We asked for more towels and they said they ran out and questioned why we’d need more towels within a day and night of staying. When we decided to try the pool two days later, they had specific pool towels that were the size of a larger hand towel. Housekeeping did not come in the rooms until 3pm or so. One day they came at 9 a.m. and we said we will leave in 10 min please come back and no one ever did so we asked the front desk of someone could and they said no they don’t come back after one try. We finally got tired of waiting for housekeeping and started tying off garbage and dirty towels in the hallway and started a trend with neighboring rooms also agreeing how frustrated they’ve been with housekeeping. They need more housekeeping staff!"

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The cabin was clean and cozy with a great view!"

"The hotel is in excellent condition and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We especially appreciated the pub. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Location was great— able to walk down to the river every morning and were minutes away from all we wanted to do. Property is well tended to. I believe they are in the process of upgrading the tv boxes, but maintenance was quick to reset ours when the channels didn’t load. The in-room coffee could be better, but other than that, the amenities were just great. We’ll stay again whenever we come back!"

"Hot tub did not work and management was unconcerned "

"Some of the staff was very helpful and some were a bit annoyed at questions and had no idea what you were asking about if you had questions. According to the website, they would serve breakfast till 10:00 AM. When one of us went to check they stopped an hour earlier. The first night, room service did not come in and clean, after we talked with them about it, they did it after that. The swimming pool was outdoors and did not look that clean so we decided against it. The gym room was too hot when my brother went to exercise. They said they sold laundry pods but when my dad asked, the staff said they did not and had no idea what he was talking about. They did have a laundry room but one of their machines was broken so we had to drive into a different part of town to a laundromat. Other than that, the suite was nice. "
