The house accommodates up to 4 guests. The base rate covers 2 guests, and each additional guest is $25 per person, per day. We use a flexible pricing model, which means smaller groups pay less, making the home more affordable while still allowing larger groups to enjoy the space.
Long-term stays must be approved. Breakfast is not included in rentals longer than one week.
Children under 2 stay at no additional charge.
Children are welcome, while pets are not allowed.
Prohibited activities include the discharge of firearms, fireworks, or ATVs.
Event and holiday weekends may have a minimum three-night stay requirement.
Water levels in the Hill Country river and lake are subject to variation based on rainfall.
