Oceanfront condo with amazing views
The views and beach access from this condo are what brought us back for our second stay here. The condo is well stocked and was very clean upon check in. Last year the dryer did not work and the stove barely worked. It was nice to see these things had been replaced since our last visit and both worked just fine for us during our stay. We loved the cozy feel of the pellet stove. Unfortunately, we were only provided with a half basket of pellets instead of a full basket as was supposed to be provided. We did find there was an issue with the north window next to the dining room table. It was very stormy during a couple of days of our stay and this window leaked a significant amount of cold air. Overall, we were very pleased with this condo and would recommend it to others!

Great View, Very Poor Upkeep
Enjoyed the stay because of the view. Major issues with the property included a large ground floor window that wouldn't close (creating a major security issue), dryer that was not working, urine smell in carpet, moldy shower curtain(!!!) only 6 forks for a house that sleeps eight, not a single frying pan, hair in the shower drain on arrival, bath towels had holes in them and looked like rags, bedside lights that did not work. Property manager dropped off air fresheners to help with the smell and offered to pick up our laundry and do it, but there were just too many problems with the basic cleanliness and upkeep of the house that we did not want to deal with while on vacation. Manager indicated that they knew about the window that doesn't close, but obviously decided not to have it fixed. Once again, enjoyed the stay because of the view, but the property needs to ensure that it can be safely locked and needs a good cleaning and updating of basics like kitchen supplies and towels. Beds and bedding were a bright spot. Nice down comforters and comfortable beds.

Great Location
We stayed at this property for a quiet weekend with friends. The location was perfect--right off the beach with a fantastic view out the window, plus just minutes from restaurants & stores. We did note some cleanliness issues upon check-in, but management responded very quickly when contacted.

The view is worth it!
As stated in other reviews, the property could use some TLC and the kitchen is very little more than a frig and microwave. I'd say it's equivalent to a 2-3 star hotel. During our stay the dryer was out of service, which should be reflected in the property description. The stairs down to the beach are challenging if you have mobility issues. However, Face Rock Waypoint is a quarter of a mile away and has very well-maintained steps and an easy stepdown to beach level. The South Jetty access is even easier with no stairs at all, although you do have to negotiate your way through the driftwood to get to the beach - there was no maintained path. All that being said, the views from this rental are breath-taking! From downstairs there is a great view of the ocean and the sea stacks in front of the house. From the upstairs sun porch you can see down the beach and have an even better view of the rocks. It should also be noted that the house is quiet! We had a couple of different neighbors in the condo next door and never heard them - we only realized we had neighbors when we met them in the parking area.

There were a lot of things loose and/or broke. The stove barely worked. The dryer was out of order. Once we figured everything out it was nice and very close to the beach.

Spectacular View!
This location is amazing. The huge windows on both floors have the best view of the ocean, and Face Rock Beach is a set of stairs away. We went to sleep listening to the ocean and woke up to go walking along it. The sun porch upstairs is glorious - a comfortable futon and rocking chair, in front of huge windows to watch the ocean. Move the plastic table and chairs out of the way. Pros Spectacular view and proximity to the beach. Seriously, it's worth every penny. Kind, helpful management and housekeeping who respond quickly to requests Pretty house, with tall ceilings Comfortable couch, recliner, and beds Dog-friendly Cons Tall, steep stairs that need baby gates for the top and bottom. The stairs can also be difficult for people with any kind of mobility issues, but there is a bedroom on the bottom floor. Stairs to beach are steep, muddy at one point, and can be difficult for people with mobility issues Beige carpet and white comforters are easy to stain. Be sure to report any spills or pet accidents - the damage waiver covers them if they're reported. Tiny kitchen with almost no counter space, that is difficult to cook in. Bring everything - pots, pans, bowls, cooking utensils, spices, good coffee. There are plenty of dishes, but only a few pots, a couple mixing bowls, and one skillet. Appliances need to be updated - dishwasher makes awful noises, stove and oven take a long time to heat up and cook unevenly Outlets in queen bedroom work intermittently TVs have cable, but no Netflix or Amazon

Great location
The property overall was nice. The kitchen didn’t allow for much cooking as it is very dated and doesn’t have many pots and pans. There is beach access but it is not well maintained and is loaded with blackberry. Be very careful going down the path. Once you reach the bottom the beach area is absolutely beautiful. The view from the house is spectacular as it overlooks the water with big windows on the western facing side of the house. The property is clean overall just a bit dated.

Great Views
Good location, good beach access, basic kitchen equipment, comfortable beds. No barbecue, so plan meals accordingly. Clean, but there is no way to actually get rid of pet presence so if you are allergic be prepared.

Great Bandon location
The property is nicely situated with ocean, beach, and rock views. Beach access close by: about two block. (Decent directly from the house is challenging.) Three nice bedrooms. Needs a little owner love for a few details, but nothing that really adversely affects the delight of this location.

Great location but disappointing condo
The location of this condo is great.....wonderful views and easy beach access. Sleeping arrangements are good. Allowing pets is a plus. The condo is plain and worn. Parts of it feel like an economy motel that needs some maintenance. At least three doors wouldn't close and the kitchen is poorly equipped; only 3 table knives and a mishmash of drinking glasses....including only 3 wine glasses. A place that sleeps 8 should be better equipped. Couldn't get the pellet stove to work and there were no instructions for it provided. Given the nightly cost after all the fees and taxes were figured it seems overpriced compared to many other places we've rented.

The Pellet Stove works properly and is very basic for use. Our local staff will add instructions to the home booklet for how to use the Pellet Stove. Great place to stay with families with kids, place just needs a facelift!
This review might come off as negative, but by all means it is not. We booked this place through VRBO and are use to renting from individuals and their personal properties. This is run by Vacasa and they were very difficult to get in touch with. This place was amazing space wise and the view and access to the beach was worth all of it. We would go back in a heartbeat. So for the traveler looking for the comforts of home, beware: The beds, furniture, appliances were all out dated, low quality or broken. The door to the laundry room was broken and would not shut. The dining room table and chairs were also broken and huge for the space. The furniture was awkwardly placed in the house with massive lazy boys, one of which that was almost in the kitchen space. The windows upstairs did not open and signs are posted asking you not to try and open them, so it was stuffy and hot during parts of the day. The kitchen was minimally stocked. There was 7 of us in the house and they only provided one small 8" frying pan for example. So all that said, we were a party of two adults and 5 kids. We did not worry for a second that we would break anything or spill anything because everything was already so warn out. It made it really relaxing for the grownup. We loved the path to the beach, it is magical and we barely heard the family sharing the duplex wall with us. We will for sure be back. This time with our own cooking supplies!

An Artists Dream
This condo was perfect for my mom, the artist. She enjoyed the upstairs sunroom painting the ocean from the perfect viewpoint. The beds are comfortable and cozy. The kitchen is a minimalists dream and a chefs nightmare. Just bring what you need and you'll be ok making meals. The walkway to the beach is a bit hazardous. We brought a step stool to help our 80 year old mother navigate the washed out area of the path. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Bday Weekend Getaway with dogs
Had a wonderful time. The view from the sitting room connected to the masters bedroom was THE bomb. Also the stairs beach access was OK but do need to be extended for utmost safety. Kitchen appliances, specially the oven are a bit outdated, definitely need an upgrade.

Priceless view!
The view is just stunning you cant put a price on it! The walk to the beach is easy. The condo its self was perfect clean and cozy. It's all in a great location close to food and grocery stores. It was a great spot worth every bit of the money!

Beautiful unit with comfortable beds, nice beach view and access to a gorgeous beach down below. Appreciate that we could bring out dog! Heads up: Long staircase to upstairs bedrooms. Master upstairs beautiful sitting room with view on beach side. Addendum: We had some unit issues that the property manager was very responsibly attentive to.

An incredible time on the Oregon Coast
We had an incredible location and a stunning view of the ocean. Whether it was watching a boat, following the birds, watching people on the beach or seeing whales frolic behind a boat, the view could not have been better. Also, beach access was amazing!

Loved the property and views but more thoughtfulness could have been shown to allow somebody traveling from Hawaii to Bandon to check in before 4pm. Checkout is at 11am so Housekeeper could have cleaned it before 4pm instead of sitting in her car on the phone telling me "check in is at 4pm"

Fabulous!
This is a great property with a fabulous view. Some of the kitchen appliances need upgrading and it would be helpful to have a queen bed in the downstairs bedroom rather than the twins. But those were minor issues and we loved staying there. Would definitely go back!

Location and views outstanding!
This property offers great views, love the layout and the access to the beach. Only very minor comment is the kitchen was adequate - so If preparing meals bring some of your own spices etc. only supplies salt and pepper. Basically, that’s the only downside - minimal. Absolutely one of the best houses we’ve rented at the coast!!

Comfortable space in a perfect location.
Our family was looking for a rental on the Southern Oregon/Northern California coast that was west of Hwy. 101, had walking access to the beach, allowed our dog, had 3 bedrooms, was not scuzzy, and didn't cost a fortune. This was one of the only properties we found that fit that description perfectly! The view and location is incredible. You get an unobstructed view of one of the most photographed spots on the coast, right from the dining table. The sand labyrinth is less than 100 yards away. At high tide the beach between this condo and the Face Rock access point goes away, so it feels like you're at the end of a private beach. The inside of the condo feels much like a time share, which we appreciated. The furnishings, appliances, and fixtures are not new, but are clean and usable. The kitchen is small and the range is temperamental, but more than adequate for our needs. If your group plans to cook large gourmet meals it could be an issue, but otherwise the kitchen has the essentials. The bedrooms are nicely sized and arranged, and the beds were comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and functional. It was nice having laundry machines available. The driveway, beach-side yard and beach access are shared with the north condo. Robert (the host) was very responsive to our needs and easy to work and communicate with. We had a great stay here, and hope to come back again.

Vacation at Bandon Beach
We had a great first stay in Bandon at the Beach Loop Condos. Bandon beach is truly one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever been to. My kids were lost for hours playing on the beach and exploring all the haystacks and the sea life associated with them during low tide. The upstairs master bedroom has an amazing attached sunroom overlooking the beach. The Beach Loop Condo was plenty big enough for our group of 6, has one of the best oceanfront locations in Bandon, and everything we needed was supplied.
