The Pelican's Nest is a stunning 3100 sq.ft. custom home which displays quality throughout with Beautiful White Water Views. The dining table has two leaves to expand to 8' to accommodate your group. In addition we have a breakfast bar that will seat 3 to 4 others. There is also a private fenced courtyard with an entrance from the kitchen making barbecues and outdoor seating easily accessible.
Downstairs there is a smart TV off the kitchen. The TV has AppleTV and all of the major apps including YouTubeTV. In addition, the first floor has a full bath with a glass and tile shower and a bedroom with 2 queen beds.
On the second floor you will find the living room. Make yourself comfortable on our large couch and enjoy views of the ocean. This expansive room features skylights and a gas fireplace for a quiet relaxing day or romantic evening. You will also find a new 50' SMART Flat Screen Television with AppleTV and major apps.
One of the suites features a large deep soaking tub. Take a long bubble bath to relax and pamper yourself after a day of golf, shopping, beach combing or just having fun on the Southern Oregon Coast. This room has one king and one twin bed. You will also find a skylight over the king bed!
