Hotel service is very poor
Hotel facilities are very poorly maintained. It is difficult to close the door. The most important thing is that the front desk service can't be difficult. Let the front desk attendant help the taxi to overcharge the 200,000 rupiah tip.

Room was unsatisfactory; the water in the bathroom was yellow, the carpet was unclean, and the furniture was outdated. The only redeemable factor would be the convenient location. Not worth it.

I’ve booked 4 rooms and was given the old wing after I’ve asked the reception for the newer rooms she told me that the hotel was full. I beg to differ as during breakfast, there was so little people. Old wing rooms were dilapidated and water in the shower alternated between hot and cold even after ...
