Excellent Service for the friendly and helpful staff. Room is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained facilities. Hotels in convenient and close to attractions, restaurants, and transportation options. It also offers stunning view. The check in and late check out went smooth with such efficiency and convenient process. They always served us with such warmth and friendly smiles. The restaurant offers a great varieties of food that will spoil the belly. The area of restaurant was clean and well-maintained. The staff are also attentive to our requests. Fum for families

Stayed 1 night with family. New facility and was great. all staff was great and friendly. got connecting room in 6th floor. room was good with standing shower. if the shower cabin got a glass door to close it might be great. Udupi restaurant at 9th floor was great. its an Indian restaurant which is the branch from Jakarta. they serve indian indonesian and chinese food. service was good and we got special discount for the dinner. swimming pool was big and deep. kids pool with water bomb was the highlight as kids will enjoy a lot.
