Didn't get their names but all are very helpful. Hotel Maintenance is a plus. All areas look clean and tidy. The swimming pool is a must to visit it's breathtaking.」

「Stayed 2 nights in their Family Room. Rates are affordable, room is a tad small for 4 adults but it's alright. We had a decent stay. Breakfast spread is not huge - filled with local food. Not much healthy options but it'll do. Location is excellent as it's just across the road from s shopping mall Cihampelas Walk (Ciwalk). Loads of stores along the roads to patronise. Staff are friendly and nice.」

「This hotel tries really hard; has spacious rooms with high quality furnishings, and excellent personal service (e.g. ringing you up to ask if you want breakfast room service). The location is away from Jalan Cihampelas but it is only a 15-20 minute walk away. Handy for Lembang, Istana Plaza and the airport. Very good value-for-money indeed. Foreigners should be aware that no beer or wine is served.」

「My friend and I stayed in the Grand Serela Setiabudhi hotel for 4 nights. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the Manager, Agin who was very patient and tried his sincerest to help us. Actually, the main reason coming to Bandung is for our friend's wedding, therefore we were on a very tight schedule. As it was, the manager Agin and Ronald still tried their best to help, listening our request patiently and quick to recommend attractions of Bandung to us. It was great!! We tried...
