loved the food served for breakfast. admired the staff's friendliness and willingness to help guests. to further improve their services, may I suggest the following: 1. to train all their reception staff to understand and speak basic English to better serve tourists, 2. to regularly check their room's appliances and equipment (our A/C had cooling problems but was attended to), and 3. to be aware of other tourist attractions outside metro bangkok. overally, our stay was great.
