Solitaire Bangkok Sukhumvit 11 by Kingston Hotels

10/10 Excellent
"Clean room, breakfast choices and food was good and amazing. The housekeepers were amazing. Except for front desk staff the bellboys and security were barely helpful. First, they never assisted us with our luggage. 2nd, front desk only gave us 1 card key, but others they gave 2 pieces. Discrimination? Maybe. Third, the key card the lady gave us does not work in the elevator, but when we complained it was not working, she told us that it should work and tell us we need to tap this and that and she will go with us to teach us, she thinks we are stupid. So when the card flashes red, never apologizes, had us come back to the lobby issued another card. Pool was clean which we really liked."

10/10 Excellent
"I had such a wonderful stay at Eleven Hotel Bangkok! From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly nice, welcoming, and genuinely friendly. Everyone made me feel comfortable and well taken care of, but a special shout-out to the housekeeper (G- [I do not want to put her name out on the internet]), who was absolutely amazing. Their kindness and attention to detail really made my stay feel special. The room was spotlessly clean, with great amenities, a very comfortable bed, and a beautiful modern design. Honestly, I loved the room so much that I would happily have my own home designed in a similar style! Everything felt thoughtfully put together, creating a space that was both stylish and relaxing. The location is also fantastic, especially if you want to be right in the heart of Bangkok’s nightlife and party scene. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, entertainment, and things to do nearby, so you’re never far from the action. What I loved most, though, was the feeling of the place. After a long day or night exploring Bangkok, coming back to a clean, beautiful, and comfortable room felt like having a little sanctuary in the city. Eleven Hotel Bangkok is definitely a place I would happily return to. Great people, beautiful rooms, a fantastic location, and an atmosphere that makes you want to stay just a little longer."

"As background, this was a one night transfer stay to be closer to the airport so I did not take full advantage of the property. The pics and descriptions of the hotel don't do it justice! The hotel is massive and beautiful. The price paid would have easily been triple in the US for a comparable property and room category. I ordered room service for dinner. I was a little disappointed that it took awhile for the call to be answered and then be told they would call me back to take the order as I was hungry. Once the food arrived, all disappointment disappeared. Presentation, quality, and portion were all beyond satisfying. The views of Bangkok from the towers are breathtaking. I would definitely stay here again when in Bangkok."

Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit 55

10/10 Excellent
"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit exceeded every expectation and was one of the highlights of our trip to Bangkok. The hotel strikes the perfect balance between luxury, comfort, and convenience. The rooms are beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and offer stunning city views. Every detail feels thoughtfully considered, making it a fantastic place to relax after exploring Bangkok. The location is exceptional, with easy access to shopping, restaurants, and public transport, making it the perfect base for discovering everything the city has to offer. What truly sets this hotel apart, though, is the service. Every member of staff was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring guests had a memorable stay. Nothing ever seemed too much trouble, and the hospitality was consistently first class. If you’re looking for a hotel that combines outstanding service, luxurious accommodation, and an unbeatable location, Grande Centre Point Sukhumvit is hard to beat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back on our next visit to Bangkok."
