“The hotel staff were great. The hotel is pretty far from the BTS station and malls, but the hotel made it easy to get to with the free Tuk-Tuk transportation. The hotel driver made many recommendations to out daily destinations and we highly appreciated them. The hotel room was great and we liked the accommodations. The room felt fresh and modern, equipped with a new TV featuring Airplay functionality. I stayed comfortably overall, and my room faced the inner side, which made it very quiet. The biggest issue was the unpleasant odour in the bathroom, which seemed to come from the drainage vent. The smell was noticeable as soon as I entered the room."
