“Room was so fun with fire place, large rotating tv, hot tub, couch and great king bed. It was like a " honeymoon suite". The breakfast selection was generous, as well. A wonderful retreat after a long trip and full weekend! A most helpful staff also.”

“The hotel looks nice from the OUTSIDE! But once you get inside the elevator looks beat down and the rooms as well! The building itself needs an upgrade from the inside ! Staff need to be dressed more professionally I went down for breakfast and there was an employee who didn’t even look like she was hotel staff only knew she worked there because she was behind the front desk! She was wearing a graphic t-shirt and jeans with face tattoos !! She was rude about keeping breakfast items stocked……

“I will NEVER recommend The Roadway Inn. I wouldn’t stay there if it were free. As soon as I opened the door the dirty musky smell was sickening. The smashed cockroach on the wall says it all. It’s a bedbug disaster waiting to happen. I should’ve asked to see the room before paying. I went to the front desk and asked for a refund, I was informed I took longer than 5 minutes to cancel therefore I was required to pay for 1 night. The advertised photos posted on the website/internet are a far cry……

“I asked for a handicap room and got one that really didn't qualify as a handicap room. I even called a few days earlier to make sure I was assigned to one and I was told I was down for one. The room I ended up with was next to the breakfast room so I was awaken at 4:30 AM by the clanging of the employees setting up for breakfast! Was NOT happy! However, I will say the staff was very nice and friendly and the bed and pillows were great!”

“The hotel was very clean , perfect for our stay in Greeley co , unfortunately the staff was very rude , some of the girls at the front desk were nice I believe her name was Joselyn , the rest of the staff very rude. We didn’t feel welcome.”

“Nice cozy hotel, small details that are easy to fix, however they seem to think these sails are not important and can give a bad image of the hotel, No coins for customers to change their dollar bill for laundering, cold coffee at all times, all remote controls out of batteries ice machine works off and on.”

“The house did not open when we first arrived. We got in but they needed to bring batteries for the front door lock. The house was freezing upon entry and had to call add the thermostat is not adjustable by guests. The garage door opener was stolen which they knew. The downstairs tv had several remotes. Several did not work (batteries?) so I wasn’t able to watch a game. The basketball game in the basement was fun for my son. Property was in good condition and the beds were nice but way too many……
