「The hotel is clean, well-maintained, with options for dining and shopping on the ground floor.」

「Clean room, Staff was great, air conditioning was good, but the buffet style breakfast was lackluster. Could've been free. Seemed greedy to charge for what was offered. It was about $9 per person with only a few things to choose from. Fresh fruits, oatmeal, cereals, scrambled eggs, potatoes, and sausage links. Things that are usually free in other hotels.」

「I was very pleased somewhat with the cleanness of the room. However, only place that annoyed me I noticed the television screen needed to be clean and the pictures on the wall. I also had an issue in the shower where the water actually floated from the floor of the shower underneath of the block scrip on the floor into the middle of the floor in the bathroom but a pipe was there in case of flooding. We had to put down towels to absorbed it.」

「Yes they were clean. As well as the hallways and sitting area in the lobby. The parking is great also the staff. The only two thing's that I could say that is an inconvenience. Are the elevator not working and with myself having to have double hip replacement surgery. Is extremely difficult walking up the stairs to the third floor. And the ice machine doesn't work on the floor. But I can not lie... The price as well as the comfortable environment. Wonderful and the staff. I will highly recommend...

「Very bad experience 」

「This is the 2nd time we’ve tried staying at this place. The very first time we tried staying, my room was prepaid for like I do every time. We tried checking in after hours just for nobody to answer the phones or nobody was at the desk with the roll up blind shut. Most recent stay was able to have someone at the front desk (lovely lady). The beds are ehhhh comfortable and the frame they have the bed on is unacceptable. This hotel is going the cheaper route to make the customers satisfied not...

「Probably the best hotel in the area. Room was acceptable but could have been cleaner. Shower seemed like it had soap residue which was not ideal. A few hairs in the bathroom. I booked an accessible room and did not get one but it wasn't the end of the world. 」

「The room smelled really bad. There were two boxes of baking soda hidden on the floor behind the curtains to try to help with the smell I’m sure. The pool was disgusting which was very disappointing. The wifi was not working I ended up having to call the help number listed online to get IT to manually connect all of our devices after trying for hours. Mattresses felt like cardboard. Linens were clean. Not worth the price at all!」

「They robbed me threatened me and had hidden fees the woman made me and my baby sleep in a car after paying for the night she was not helpful or kind asked why my husband couldn’t afford the extra fees said she was from the south side and could have me and my family hurt 」

「The pool was not functional, a large part of choosing this facility was for the pool. Staff reported it just went down the day we arrived and would be functioning the next day. The green cloudy water in the pool would signify that was not the full truth. And was not functioning even on the third day and looked worse. 「Room was incredibly spacious and the cleanest I've ever had. The staff was helpful 24 hrs a day and the breakfast buffet was really good! Kids played hard in the pool. We really enjoyed the convenience of the full fridge/freezer, sink and dishwasher. With 3 kids, we had snacks and bottles to keep and it was a huge relief not having to worry about anything. They had it covered. 」
