“Welcoming host, well set up with all the basics, reasonably clean and tidy space with lots of nice features. A bit heavy on fragrances for my taste but overall a great home base in oistins area. ”

“Ideal! Beautiful house, new and modern decor…just as pictures posted. Very spacious. Great location on the west coast. Quiet area but only a 10 minute drive to Holetown to the south or Speightstown to the north. Sandy beach across the street with perfect waters for swimming. Sun loungers available for rent plus food and drink vendors at beach side. I would highly recommend this place and definitely rent again if returning to Barbados. ”

Be aware that the WiFi can be spotty - apparently this is not usual but was a bad week for the internet provider while we were there.”

“We had the most amazing stay at Seshells. The villa was beautiful at all times of the day, with gorgeous views and a wonderful beach. This felt like a piece of home away from home. Neighbors, staff and locals like Angie at the shack next door were so friendly and hospitable. We could have stayed so much longer and just listen to the waves enjoy the beach and simply relax. “The hosts were very friendly from the time of first contact at booking through the entire rental period. Alvon and Sandy were very attentive to our needs, requests and questions; Alvon even checked with us online at least once a week to see how we were getting on, and at one point even brought us a gift of some local fresh seafood! (We enjoyed it very much.) The house was very clean, nicely appointed and furnished with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay -- including 3-1/2……

“Barbados is a beautiful island! The location of the rental was perfect - a short, easy walk to the beaches and restaurants. However, the property as a whole was neglected inside and out. The pictures and information provided by the host were outdated and, in some cases, no longer valid. My husband and I like to eat in some of our meals while on vacation, but we found the kitchen filthy. We had to wash all cooking pots, pans, utensils, plates, glasses, etc twice before using them. Even then, some……
