"A group of us came down to WV to go hunting and we stayed at the River Watch during our trip. One of the best things about the house was the large open basement to keep all of our gear. It made it nice to not have to worry if we were going to get the upstairs dirty while also saving a lot of space upstairs. The house was great and the location worked well for us."

The hot tub was a nice treat in the drizzling spring rain. I would suggest bringing a favorite DVD for family movie time as the wifi was spotty. Great trip"

"Really nice house exactly as described. Beautiful deck overlooking the river with osprey and eagles soaring around. Everything was comfortable and just as described. It was a bit of a drive to get back to “civilization” but really nothing was out of reach. Loved our stay and would come back if the opportunity presents itself!"

"Relaxing and great stay! The house feels like a home and is cozy and inviting. Great touches we appreciated were the smores kit and local snacks which were amazing. The stocked pond was where our boys spent most of their time and trying to catch the elusive golden rainbow trout. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area! "
