「They do not have anyone bring towels or clean rooms except every three days. Pool is so warm and strong with chemicals its not enjoyable. Breakfast was great, different each day and options. Required rooms close with family staying months before coming and had us on separate floors. I will be looking at other options for our next trip.」

「We very much enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn Express. The breakfast was beyond expectations and the fresh coffee bar outstanding. The room was spacious and modern. We loved the soft sheets and pillow selections. We were able to keep the temperature just right for a good nights sleep. Will stay here again!」

「Maid left our door open, we had items taken and have had zero follow up from the hotel nearly 4 days later. When reported to the front desk staff, she was rude and unhelpful- seemed to care O%. I have had to email and call corporate to even find out what the policy is for this. Terrible customer service from the front desk- had she handled things better and shown any concern for over 2k in missing property, I’d not have been as mad.
