“Great location to walk to campus.”

“The staff incredibly friendly. Saw one the maids go out of her way to help a senior citizen. The restaurants also very friendly but seemed to be understaffed for breakfast. Otherwise nice place to stay.”

“Well first of all I will not sway from a Hampton or a Hilton again . We arrived after 10 pm and the price was 240.00 . We paid 207 on Expedia and the guy at the front gave us a handicap room with no air . It was off when we walked in and the temp in the room was 85. After 2 hrs we had to move rooms at midnight because it was 83 . The water pressure is horrible in the showers and the rooms were not clean . I would not stay there again . I wouldn’t pay over 100 for a place like this . Breakfast is……

“The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly, the room smelled like wet dog and everything in the room was covered with dust. Also, there is no exhaust fan in the bathroom so you can't see in the mirror after showering.”

“Very small room; definitely on the lower end of quality but was clean and the breakfast offered was good”

“If you are visiting Kendrick Family Ballpark, this is the ideal place to stay. It is directly across the street. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Though breakfast is not included, the in-lobby Starbucks provides more than enough options for breakfast. The only negative, the rooms do not have microwaves.”

“I l loved the fact that it was up the hill from the main roadway, which made it exceptionally quiet. I loved having a full kitchen with full size refrigerator and microwave and dishes, so that I could bring my dinner in and eat it there if I wanted. Air conditioning thermostat was on the wall, which is so much nicer than having to use the unit itself to control the temperature. Staff was very helpful. My only complaint was that I wish they also served dark roast coffee in the morning rather tan……

“The interior of the small apartment was clean. The bed was uncomfortable, however; the mattress needs to be replaced. We knew it was a double bed, but rolling into each other made for a bad night's sleep which was aggravated by the amazing number of dump trucks who ground through their gears rounding the corner of Route 7. On the other hand, after I asked for a hot plate so I could boil some water for dinner, the host provided us with a pot, steamer, and wonderful hot plate that worked……

“Good location for WVU baseball games. That being said… Room was not clean. There was a contact lens In the sink. Washcloth was brown. Shampoo bottle was used. The halls absolutely reeked of marijuana. Wasn’t easy to get out of the hotel due to traffic.”
