Beautiful hikes nearby with waterfall Bald Eagle sighting and spring wild flowers. People with mobility problems may struggle with stairs. ”

“We enjoyed our long weekend staying at the Schaefer House in the Laurel Highlands. The house is in a perfect location for hiking, biking and rafting. We especially appreciated the pet friendly aspect and the added day to our stay for a great price.”

“This house is very large and accommodated several families. It was a good jumping off point for several things in the area and we comfortable to stay in when we didn't go out. We didn't really use the kitchen as we ate out most days.”

“We had a great time at the cabin. The 3 bedrooms are good sized with comfortable beds. Kitchen and the rest of the house were very clean. We appreciated the towels for the hot tub and tvs in every bedroom. The hot tub was a great way to relax after biking. It’s near a semi busy road but set back so you don’t hear it. The stream is beautiful and yard big enough to throw a ball around. We enjoyed the fire pit and didn’t have a chance to use the newer looking wood/charcoal grill. All in all a great……
