“Very warm welcome. Staff are friendly. Excellent location. Just one thing which requires a bit of improvement: I asked if there is an additional chair as the sink is too high for my kids, the staff did not get back to me.”

Although it is in the no-vehicles zone the hotel was able to call you a taxi that can arrive outside, otherwise you will have to walk 3-4 mins tk the nearest main road which can be inconvenient if with a lot of luggage. Overall an awesome accommodation ”

“No free water in a 5star room. When requested a glass of water in restaurant at checkout, was charged €6.50. Plenty of hotel staff but not too interested in guests. ”

“This is a very decent hotel. Great location. A few steps from the bus station thanks to the fantastic traffic planning for the city. Excellent choices of pillows. The staff are warm and friendly. Apart from the little accident that happened at the first night(the hotel didn't give me the port view room that I booked because of the booking system problem, so make sure you double confirm the room type with the hotel via message before you arrive. Although they tried to fix it once they found out……

“It was a wonderful little boutique hotel! The staff was super friendly and very helpful with my walker. They operate a little lift to get up and down the stairs, and there is an elevator. The room was quite spacious, that hallways brightly lit and colored a gorgeous blue. The view from the rooftop is amazing! You can see the beaches, and the Sagrada Familia. The Bizio is a great restaurant that's literally steps away. It's about a 10-15 minute walk to one of the hop on/ hop off busses, and the……

“It is at the best location in Barcelona. Lot of tourist spots are walking distance. Lots of good restaurants and cafe and bar. Relative small but consider the location, you still feel worth the price.”

“Good location if you want to be near gothic quarter. The room was really hot and the window had very little ventilation, you could hear everyone flushing the toilets. No elevator. But they did provide complimentary alcohol and drinks which was a cool perk. ”
