This apartment which accommodates 6 people has a surface area of 85 m2 divided into 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (one of them en-suite), dining room with an open-plan kitchen, a balcony overlooking Calle Montserrat and another looking on to the back of the building. It is ideal for a comfortable stay in Barcelona.
The apartment is fully equipped with heating and air conditioning, washing machine, tumble drier, fully equipped kitchen (microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, juicer, mixer, plates), TV and free Wi-Fi.
Near the apartment you can explore the unique Gothic Quarter and Old Town, its broad range of restaurants, medieval buildings, Barcelona Cathedral, Plaza del Rey, Plaza del Pi, the Maremagnum area, a leisure area facing the sea, shop in all sorts of different establishments in Plaza Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia, and also enjoy many different cultural activities with some of the most important museums and theatres in the city.
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
CHECK IN- In accordance with the Organic Law for the Protection of Citizen Security it is compulsory for all guests staying in tourist accommodation establishments to be registered by means of a national identity document or passport. This information will be notified to the police within 24 hours of your arrival.
- Access to our apartments will be provided either by using an App on your Smartphone or by introducing a code on the keypad you will find next to the entrance door.
- As soon as your booking is confirmed we will send you an email which will include an attached form which we ask you to fill in with your personal details and those of the other guests before making the payment and signing the rental agreement.
- 24/48 hours before your arrival and once the form has been completed you will receive a link to activate the keys.
- We would kindly inform you that our system is unable to generate the access codes until all the guest details are registered, full payment received, and the agreement signed and returned.
- Our apartments have noise measurement systems and night security.
- We ask you to keep noise to a minimum between 10pm and 7am.

DEPOSIT- Your deposit payment will be returned within a maximum of 72 hours as soon as the vacated apartment has been checked.
