Très bien

Grand appartement bien situé proche Sagrada Familia. Nous avions deux chambres avec lits doubles et deux autres chambres avec deux lits simples. Parking payant couvert juste en face. Pas très lumineux mais propre et fonctionnel.

Plus de peur que de mal !

Tout à mal commencé dès lors que nous ouvrions la boite à clef pour prendre possession de l'appartement, après une longue journée passée en voiture: la boite était vide ! Gros moment de solitude, d'autant plus que notre forfait téléphonique ne nous permettait pas de communiquer depuis l'Espagne... Heureusement, il y a beaucoup de mouvements dans l'immeuble et une gentille dame qui connaissait l'agence a vite résolu notre problème. Apparemment le même code d'accès aux clés avait été donné à 2 locataires. Nos clés étaient dans une autre boite. Sinon nous avons trouvé l'appartement très spacieux avec belle vue sur la cour intérieure, aménagée et fréquentée à la mode barcelonnaise. J'attends maintenant avec une petite angoisse la restitution de la caution, en espérant qu'il n'y aura pas de confusion cette fois ci.

Excelente ubicación muy cerca de la sagrada familia y de transportes, lo único que si falla son los colchones no son muy cómodos, pero las habitaciones, cocina y sala muy bien.

사진에 비해 숙소가 어두운 편이었어요. 공간은 굉장히 넓었고, 위치는 좋았습니다. 근처에 마트가 많았어요. 5박을 지내니 수건도 한 번 갈아주었습니다. 다만 침대가 물렁해서 허리가 좀 아팠어요. 세탁기는 사진과 다르게 공용 세탁실이었고 건조기도 있었습니다. 요리 해 먹을 수 있어서 편했어요.

Nicely renovated, very clean, had all the kitchen items one needs. The bed was very comfortable and the air conditioning worked really well and was quiet. Highly recommended the property and company as everything was just as posted online.

Sehr schönes Appartment mit umfangreicher Ausstattung. Sehr gut gelegen, nur ca. 5. min. zu Fuß zur nächsten Metro und 15 Min. zur Sagrada Familia. Unser Appartment war zum Innenhof gelegen, der trotz der vielen umliegenden Gebäude erstaunlich ruhig war. Von daher konnte man problemlos mit offenen Fenster schlafen. Es gibt aber auch eine Klimaanlage für heißere Tage.

Voisins très bruyants, dessus, dessous, à côté !!

Nous avons demandé par email à deux reprises les transports que nous devions prendre pour nous rendre au bureau d'enregistrement depuis l'aéroport. Aucune réponse....oups pardon erreur nous l'avons reçu à l'heure de l'enregistrement dans les bureau donc le jour et l'heure de notre arrivée ....(chercher l'erreur??). Pas trop grave, nous avons pris un taxi et sommes arrivé au bureau pour prendre les clés!! Grosse erreur!! l'enregistrement est noté dès 14h00 et nous sommes arrivés à 13h45 (grâce au taxi !!) Mlle Ana pour ne pas la nommer, nous la bien fait remarqué et ne nous a même pas souhaité la bien venu!!! il nous semblait plutôt la déranger dans son petit bureau!! après avoir attendu un peu, nous lui avons demandé ce que nous devions faire ??? à cela elle nous dit que nous n'avions qu'à faire un tour à l'extérieur car le bureau était petit et qu'avant 14h00 (dans 15min.) elle n'allait rien faire !!! Nous sommes donc sorti pour patienter!! revenu à 14h15 pour être certain que nous étions enfin dans les temps, Ana n'était plus là mais remplacée par un Jeune homme tout à fait sympathique à l'opposé de la demoiselle!! Nous avons eu enfin toutes les infos nécessaires et les clés!!! Arrivé à l'appartement sans problèmes. Il était propres sans excès avec le stricte minimum !!! Appartement froid, nous avons eu froid pendant le séjour car la météo n'était avec nous. Le mur du salon contre la SDB était humide car je pense que la baignoire fuyait!! Appartement très très bruyant!!!!

Do not stay in the apartment

Two female receptionist were rude I was told to ‘HUSH’ when we got there. We were not told there was a code to get into the apartment block so had to ask a German family what it is. There were hundreds of ants in the kitchen area which was disgusting, on the way to check out the female accused us of braking the key ring and we are told to leave one key in the Apartment and brig one back and this new receptionist said we needed to walk back to the apartment and leave that key back in there. Would not stay in the Apartment if it was free, the two ladies were disgusting rude but not only to me and my partner but there was a family of four who came in before us to check in and she was awful to them too. Short it out

Bra rymligt boende

Ett bra boende. Vi var 5 pers och en baby. Stor lägenhet med bra rum och sängar. Välutrustat kök. Hissen var väldigt liten så vi fick fälla ihop vagnen för att kunna få in den i hissen. Nära Sagrada Família och ca 30 min promenad till Plaça Catalunya. Dörr i dörr med supermarket Dia och bageri runt hörnet.

Casa spaziosa, pulita a due passi dalla metropolitana e dalla Sagrada Familia. Noi siamo stati al primo piano..te e camere e due bagni, l'unico neo è la poca luminosità per il resto tutto perfetto.

Più ombre che luci

Scelto per passare un paio di giorni a Barcellona con la famiglia, è da un lato una discreta opzione che potrebbe essere buona o ottima con qualche attenzione in più. Va benissimo l’arredento minimalista (tutto IKEA, praticamente nuovo) di tendenza, ma poi si scivola su altri aspetti: per esempio pochissime prese elettriche (è inutile mettere in cucina forno a microonde, caffettiera americana e tostapane quando l’unica presa disponibile è dietro al microonde, praticamente irraggiungibile), molte formiche, soprattutto in cucina (eravamo al primo piano), scarichi dei lavandini dei due bagni e di una doccia che non scaricano bene. Buono il servizio di accoglienza e ottima la signora delle pulizie che, di fronte ai problemi di cui sopra, si è fatta in quattro per dare una mano.

Muito conforto

Localização excelente e sistema de entrada no apartamento automatizada, com as chaves em sistema tipo cofre e você recebe as senhas para retirada. Apartamento muito confortável com 2 quartos, 2 banheiros, cozinha e sala de estar. Muito próximos de pontos turísticos (3 quadras da Sagrada Família e Arco do triunfo). Ponto negativo é o atendimento, porque é necessário se deslocar quase 1 km para realizar o pagamento das taxas de turismo no escritório do easy sleep.

Zeer ruim, net een mooi appartement

Wat een verrassing dit appartement! Heel erg netjes, hip en schoon! Verrassend ruim buiten terras. 4 slaapkamers, 2x2 en 2x1. Van alle gemakken voorzien! Supermarkt letterlijk naast de deur, heel makkelijk. Enige kleine nadeel, het is wat gehorig.
