Lovely, well-located apartment that could need some updates

The location of the apartment is outstanding. Directly in the lively neighborhood of Gracia. Very close to a metro and bus station. The apartment pets everything it needs. communication easy and check in without problems. I would definitely recommend the apartment. The inventory he seemed quite dated. Everything could need an upgrade, especially the bed and the kitchen. Balcony was dirty and crammed with stuff.

J'ai apprécié l'emplacement,l'équipement comme a la maison Pas de luminosité extérieure la journée. Mettre des rideaux transparents pour plus d'intimité avec les appartements d'en face.Et donner une bonne explication de l'itinéraire car vous nous avez mal renseigné et nous étions arrivés en retard avec les frais en plus. Juste prendre le bus de l'aéroport jusqu'à catalunya serait plus simple.

Nos ha gustado mucho la ubicación. El apto estaba correcto. No faltaba nada para poder cocinar y comer allí. Estuvimos muy comodos

Sweet spot

A sweet place on a lovely street in the delightful neighborhood of Gràcia. The sunlight and orange tree blossoms below were just as I had hoped. However, the amount of night time noise on the small street outside was an unpleasant surprise. I am even willing to believe that it was quiet for Barcelona, but there were people yelling in the street all night long. The apartment itself was clean and afforded plenty of room for two, but all of the furniture was roughly used and banged up. The bed was missing a slat. The water pressure was amazing, but we couldn't make the washer work. Bottom line, it was just what we wanted, but much too expensive for what it was. I understand this is because Barcelona is so popular now, and it is due to demand, so I don't blame aparteasy. They were so very kind and helpful in all regards.
