We had a great one-day stay as a family of four. We stayed in a quadruple room and it was perfect and felt luxurious. We absolutely loved the spa and our kids loved being able to visit during the kids hour. It was everything that we need after a hiking vacation in the Pyrenees

Loved our stay. We were very happy they could accomdate an early check in after our long flight from Canada. The spa was wonderful. We enjoyed it with our 4 yesr old during their children hours (pool noodles included!) Breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend, super relaxing!

Hotel is really nice and have a great breakfast, I didn’t use the restaurants, but menus look good. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The spa is amazing, I didn’t have much time to fully use it. I had a massage and it was the perfect ending to my holiday. I will definitely be coming back ☺️

The hotel is gorgeous, and the pool and spa are incredible. It was so cozy and relaxing that it ended up reducing how much exploring out side of the hotel we did during our stay. The restaurant in the hotel is also phenomenal and very affordable for the high quality

Great stay not for business

Nice hotel but not for any business stay. Not desk, no sockets to charge a phone or laptop. No kettle or coffee in the room. Internet was very slow and unstable. But the staff was excellent

Perfect for a couple of nights

For the price I paid it was great. About 55 mins on the train from Central Barcelona Room was decent. Nice big balcony, bed was comfy. Room had issues but you can overlook them The grounds where lovely The Spa was amazing and included in my price Spa alone is £35 and I paid £45 for each night including Spa which was a bargain. Internet was 80% decent. Little moments it went down. Overall I would stay again for a short stay

The spa facilities and swimming pools are amazing. Grounds and gardens are well taken care of and beautiful. Breakfast options were diverse and good quality. All the staff members were very friendly and helpful. What could be improved: * Building and room maintenance needs serious work. Buildings’ exterior paint has long lost its splendor. Our bathroom door and window frames were in terrible condition, which is sad because at some point this hotel must have deserved the 4 stars it has. * The mattress was really uncomfortable and you could hear its old coils squeaking with each minor movement. * The AC in the room was blasting cold air and the control was not functional so we ended up sleeping with our heads under the sheets not to breathe that air. If you don’t mind the points above or are just going for the thermal spa and swimming-pools, I highly recommend this property (esp. the spa)

The property when you first arrive is absolutely stunning, the landscape everything spoke of high end resort. The room was huge and initiall was stunning. Then you see water spots from like a broken water pipe around the baseboards. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling and the shower drained very slow. There was no controls for the AC, so the room was always stuffy had to open the windows at night which the mosquitos took as invite to hangout. The main outdoor restaurant was mediocre not deserving of the price they charged. Quite the opposite with breakfast was one of the best laid out great selection great staff. This property has a lot of potential and should have an investor this would be a gold mine.

No AC (the room stayed at 80 degrees), wi-fi connection very poor, elevator not working, no restock of amenities, dirty cups and plates upon arrival. The hotel's solution was a standing floor fan that just blew hot air. The elevator is bug infested. Never again.
