Excellent Apartment in the heart of El Born
This apartment is located in the heart of the district known as El Born, and despite its central location, the apartment was quiet and perfectly located in proximity to grocery stores (3 major stores, the closest is 1 minute away), bars and restaurants (too many to count) and the beach (a 15 to 20 minute walk away). It is also equidistant to two Metro stops on the L4 line (Barcelonetta and Jaume I, approximately 6 minutes walk), plus bus stops within a 2 minute walk of the property.
The apartment itself is comfortable, and has interior sliding doors to allow you to have some privacy or quiet from the living room, bathroom and/or bedroom. Plenty of closet space and storage was also available. The apartment air conditioning worked without any sound, and worked well to cool the place after turning it on.
The kitchen is well equipped, although the sharp knives could have used a sharpening, generally I had everything I needed to cook meals in the unit.
In short, this is a perfect accommodation for you if you want to stay in Barcelona for a month (as I did) and want to be able to stay somewhere other than a hotel room. I loved my stay in Deco Born apartments.
