Nice and cozy studio in the city center with Wi-Fi

Studio located in the best area of the city. Right in the Born area, a few steps from Las Ramblas, the Picasso Museum, the Cathedral of Barcelona, the beach is a 10 minute walk.

SUPERIOR LOCATION. Area full of nice little restaurants, wine bars, tapas, trendy stores ... ideal for shopping. Get lost and discover the city. Everything is within walking distance.

Fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The bed can be double or twin beds, perfect for couples, friends or even business trips. Towels and linens provided. Free Wi-Fi.

Check-in is done by smart lock so you can arrive at the time you want.

Please note that any accommodation located in the city center, which is exterior could be affected by street noise.

Possibility of parking 10 minutes away for an extra cost.

Just don't stay here

My wife and I decided to stay here DESPITE the not so good overall reviews. Our mistake for gambling the last few nights of our honeymoon here.. you need to walk / drive with your luggage to a separate location just to get a key. They need a more efficient way for the customer to get into the apartment. Don't ever bring your rental car to Barcelona....because although the GPS may say one thing certain streets may not allow you to enter.. after an already stressful day we were met with a horrific smell of sewage we couldn't describe. It didn't affect my wife as much but my nostrils were on fire and she complained of a stuffy nose the next day. After a sleepless night my wife would NOT stay another night because of how uncomfortable our bed was. It was like sleeping on box spring and we could feel everything. We immediately checked into a hotel which was cheaper. They need to update their bed and bathroom as well as the temperature of the AC.

Muy TERRIBLE!

Where do I start? The bathroom was dirty with hair on the toilet. The shower was so moldy that I refused to use it . The bed consisted of two twin beds pushed together. There was a Very Foul odor in the lobby and room that never left . There was no kitchen as advertised. The only positive quality was that it was centrally located. That’s it .

Small - think NYC efficiency or less....

I will say that this is a secure place to stay. It is clean. It was also quite close to many things in Barcelona. It is very tiny however and not really a safe location (in our opinion). I think there are better options out there. The shower was full of mold. The kitchen (hah!) there is not one, just a sink/cabinet/shelf. At least we could make coffee. That was nice.

Very smalll studio in good location

This studio was small and cramped. The kitchen wasn't functional and the bathroom was small. It was in a good location and if you want basic it would be ok. We stayed two nights and would not return. The customer service was just adequate. I have heard much more positive reviews from others using VRBO. I would more carefully read the reviews next time. This was last minute so our choices were limited

Cozy apartment near lots of fun places to see

Elevator provided easy access right into the room. Cozy, nice view of a little residential street. Nice bathroom and little kitchen. Loved that we could step right into the action - near the Picasso Museum, Cathedral, metro.

Der Eindruck, ein luftiges, freundliches gepflegtes Studio zu beziehen wurde durch die Realität - dunkel, schon ziemlich heruntergekommen und wenig gepflegt, ziemlich getrübt. Wackelige Armaturen im Küchenbereich, abgeplatzte Kacheln im Bad, erst gar nicht ablaufender Abfluss in der Dusche, unsauberes Besteck, weder Handseife noch Geschirrtuch, und viele Kleinigkeiten mehr raten dazu, dort nicht wieder zu buchen.

Tolle Ferienwohnung mitten in der Stadt

Schön eingerichtet, gute Matrazen, Klimaanlage für den Sommer - wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Auch das freundliche und immer hilfsbereite Servicebüro, das bis nachts um 1 Uhr offen hat, war uns bei der Flugverspätung eine Riesenhilfe, es gibt keine Zusatzgebühren für späte Anreise. Die Wohnung liegt in der Altstadt in einer Geschäftsstraße und man ist schnell überall, fast überall sogar zu Fuß. Auch der Metro-Anschluß ist nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Mit geschlossenem Fenster kann man nachts sehr gut schlafen, dann ist es sehr ruhig. Allerdings sollte man dringend tagsüber gründlich lüften - das alte Haus hat eine Tendenz etwas zu müffeln. Wir würden gerne wiederkommen!
