This place was great. The beaches are a couple of blocks away and the sun never sets because it rises on the beach and sets on the beach - really cool specially for a Florida boy. It's a bit tighter that the pictures show, but that it is to be expected in Europe. There are no ACs in the second and third bedroom, but the kids dealt. Overall nice place.

Jul stay

The apartment is comfortable and well equipped it has a spacious balcony and we enjoyed sitting out every evening.The grounds are well maintained. We made plenty of use of the pool. It is a 5 minute walk to the beach in Castelldefels there are lots of restaurants and bars along the sea front to choose from. Bus to centre of Barcelona is just across the street from the apartment. Great communication from the hosts, Thank you!

Séjour vacances d’avril

Un bon séjour sauf deux points qui nous ont un peu dérangés : le bruit avec la proximité de l’autoroute et le manque d’isolation phonique des murs et fenêtres. Les matelas qui mériteraient d’être changer je pense ! Sinon c’est idéalement situé et proche de la plage et de Barcelone ! Je précise que vivant à la campagne nous sommes sans doute plus sensibles aux bruits de la ville…

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour. La plage de sable est à 5 minutes à pieds qui est magnifique. Nous avons une place de parc privée qui est vraiment un plus car dans le cartier toutes les places de parc sont payante. Nous avons un accès à la piscine de la maison ainsi que nous pouvons disposer d’un bbq pour faire de bonnes grillades. Le balcon est très spacieux ce qui fait sont charme devant ces magnifiques pin parasol qui ce trouve dans le jardin. Les chambres sont spacieuse et le salon avec sont canapé sont parfait. Nous avons eut un accueil très chaleureux. Nous reviendrons en famille dès que nous le pourrons. Cordiales salutations Natalia, Olivier, Katia, Calie, Noa.

Amazing place for vacation and very nice owners

This is an amazing place to stay with everything you need for combined beach and sightseeing vacation. Many thanks to the owners and everyone who helped us. They were so nice, always responsive , met us in time and gave bunch of information about the area and apartment itself. Apartment is very cozy and comfortable, with huge balcony so you can enjoy quiet lunches or dinners there. Nice shadowy pool (till afternoon), barbecue and 3 blocks from the sea. There is a bus L94 and L95 around the corner, that will take you to plaza de Catalunya in Barcelona where all sightseeing starts.

El apartamento está situado en una zona residencial y muy tranquila de Casteldefells, muy cerquita de Barcelona. Está perfectamente equipado para pasar unos días de relax en familia. Lo que más nos sorprendió fue la enorme terraza donde prácticamente se puede hacer la vida diaria (desayunar, comer, cenar, relajarse, etc...) En cuanto a la piscina, no la hemos utilizado mucho pero está muy bien. Hay una cancha de tenis que se puede utilizar (también hay raquetas en el apartamento). La playa, cercana y muy grande para pasear y bañarse. Es una zona de paso de aviones (el Prat está muy cerca) pero no supone molestias en ningún momento. En general una experiencia muy agradable para repetir y recomendar, sin ninguna duda.

An excellent property, we are a family of 5,( 3 children ages 12, 14 and 18) staying for 7 nights. The pool was great and the beautiful beach is only 5 mins away. The public bus to Barcelona passes outside apartment every 20 mins and takes around 40mins to centre of Barcelona. We had a hire car which was useful but not really needed. This was an excellent holiday Ana and Kristjan were so helpful especially as our arrival was delayed.

Apartamento acogedor perfecto para pasar una estancia vacacional. Tiene todo lo necesario y está muy bien acondicionado. Cercano a la costa que por cierto, es preciosa. Transporte público cercano para trasladarse a Barcelona. Y sobretodo un trato genial por parte de los dueños, muy atentos para que disfrutáramos de una perfecta estancia. Sin duda, volveremos a repetir.

When arranging to stay, Kristjan and Ana were prompt to reply to all our requests by email and the booking process was easy. We stayed for four nights for my daughter's wedding in nearby Gava. We were welcomed by Marta who was helpful in every way. The apartment was clean and well equipped. My 10 year old grandson enjoyed the table tennis and tennis court! There were small shops for supplies nearby but as we hired a car we were able to go to the supermarket in Castelldefels to stock up. We were also able to walk - about half an hour - into Castelldefels to eat in the evenings and there were some good restaurants to choose from, where the food and ambience were lively. Plenty of opportunity to have a drink or coffee on the seafront and the children could play in the sand safely a few metres away. We had to try out our Spanish quite often, which was good practice and fun!
