This central apartment has four bedrooms, one with double bed and three twin beds, two bathrooms, kitchen-dining area and a private balcony. also has air conditioning, heating, Wi-Fi and TV. The kitchen includes dishwasher, oven and microwave. A washer-dryer is also available.

This incredible apartment is well located, surrounded by numerous shops and various restaurants and only 10 minutes walk from the Rambla de Catalunya and Paseo de Gracia.

Barcelona tourist tax is of €9,35 /adult/night . It is mandatory to show ID/Passports upon arrival or before.

Sehr schöne,helle Wohnung in Toplage

Wir verbrachten 4 Nächte mit 7 Personen in dieser wirklich sehr schönen Wohnung. Sie ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch die Lage ist super, mit netten Tapas Bars um die Ecke und keine langen Wege zu den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Ich kann das Appartement ohne weiteres weiter empfehlen.

Dormitory feel, spartan tiny bedrooms

The apartment looked better in the pictures. It was clean and the linens and towels were of nice quality, but the overall impression of the apartment was that of a dormitory and not a "chic, modern flat" as the pictures portrayed. The a/c worked great - but they had some kind of governor on it so it would turn off every few hours. It was extremely warm in August and you would wake up in the middle of the night burning up and have to turn the a/c back on - pretty bogus. There were ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. And it was an extremely noisy building - all of short-term renters. The layout of the building was such that the center was a staircase and elevator with the apartments surrounding the elevator shaft and stairs. You heard the elevator "clunk" on each floor as it ascended and descended. You also heard the clack of shoes going up and down the stairs. Sorry to be such a kill-joy but for $400 US (once you pay all the add-ons and taxes), there are much better places to stay.
