「AC defekt」

「They basically has no bell boy service, only the time they helped us was after we checked in, our luggage sent to our room by them. And it is a meeting hotel, so for individual customer there is lack of service. And the hotel location is a bit far from the center tourist attraction」

「It was a decent stay overall. The AC was a bit tricky to figure out as it turned off in the middle of the night. I woke up from the humidity and heat and couldn’t figure out how to turn it back on. Luckily, my husband figured it out after I woke him up. While the location is great and the free coffee was much appreciated, I did find the bathroom layout very awkward, and I didn’t realize there were a full flight of stairs to reach the hostel.」

「The location was excellent and apartment was very spacious. It was clean but a little tired and worn in places. We had breakfast included and it was really lovely and lots of tables available every morning. Staff were very helpful and kind. Rooftop pool and gym were also good but work was being done so the toilets/ bathroom up there was out of service.
