“We have great relaxed time at the Caterina apartments. Very clean, it had everything we needed and was very comfortable. We stayed in a court yard view apartment and it wasn’t over looked. The shops and countless cafes and restaurants are all nearby. The metro and bus station isn’t far either.
Great modern apartment and it provided a great base for a relaxed stay. ”

“Mooi, schoon appartement. Dichtbij een belangrijk metro-station waardoor eigenlijk alles makkelijk bereikbaar is. Wanneer je vragen had werd er eigenlijk altijd binnen 20 minuten geantwoord door de host. Echt een fijne week gehad.”

“地理位置好，在教士塔旁邊，到各景點都是走路散步可以到，也接近萊蘿書店跟機場巴士站。房間乾淨，有小廚房、冰箱，附近有小超市很方便，隔音窗效果讚，聽不到街上的聲音，美中不足是要拉著行李走一段坡道才能入住，而且沒有電梯，但是接待人員很熱情，馬上可以回應問題，最後一天還可以寄放行李。”

“Great aparthotel. Excellent communication. We had a problem with the Aircon leaking when we arrived home in the evening. We let them know via WhatsApp and they moved us immediately. Really top class service!
Also worth mentioning, this is in the coolest part of Porto with brilliant bars, restaurants and it is walkable to everything.
We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you! ”

“This is a gorgeous apartment - very spacious, with a large bedroom and ensuite bathroom downstairs and a hihe kitchen, living room, dining room, and small powder room upstairs. There's a small terrace off the bedroom and a very large one off the living room. There's an in-suite washing machine and a large drying rack that you can use in the terrace to dry two full loads of laundry very fast on a hot day.

“We had an enjoyable stay. The apartment was comfortable and had very good air conditioning which was needed in the blistering heat! It was conveniently situated within 5 minutes walk of a metro station and within 10 minutes of the railway station. Not too far to walk to the centre of Porto. There
were good supermarkets nearby. Beatrix was extremely helpful and a bonus was being able to store our luggage with Beatrix after checking out so we could make the most of the day before our flight home.……

The rooms and facilities are excellent. Although there is no breakfast, there are traditional markets, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. “This was such a charming apartment, high ceilings, lots of windows, very clean and well-furnished. The location was perfect for us with access to the metro and buses but also walkable to lots of attractions. The checkin instructions were clear and the staff were very helpful. They provided space to store luggage on our checkout day. I would definitely stay here again.”

"The hotel is in good condition. The breakfast/dining area is nicely organized as well. The room is a bit on the smaller side though so we are lucky we packed light. The kettle was quite tiny, I mean it looks cute for sure but could be bigger.
The breakfast was so-so. While breakfast starts from 7:30 to 10:30am on weekdays and 7:30 to 11:30am on weekends, we were surprised that the warm breakfast items already ran out around 9am and the supposedly warm food was cold at times. The best item was the veggies, we love it a lot but you have to get there early because it always runs out!
We are gutted that we didn’t get the chance to try out the hotel’s restaurant during our stay. We initially planned to try it out on Saturday night but we only found out the restaurant was closed that evening… I think communication could have been better.
Overall, the reception and housekeeping staffs are pleasant and helpful. There was one housekeeping staff in particular (not sure about her name) but she always has a big smile on her face and was so cheerful, it was refreshing to see!"
