"Overall our stay was great, beautiful hotel and a great view but our check in experience was horrible. We called ahead and were told we could check in a few mins early so we showed up about 20 mins early with a baby. We had a crying baby and were told the room was actually not ready. So the front desk politely offered to upgrade our room to one that was ready… something I would expect from this hotel! I said great! (Again with a crying baby) and then the front desk proceeded to tell us the up...

"Clean lobby. However, many issues. Late breakfast! Not all food available that was supposed to be available. Have to pay for pet, but room is less comfortable because of having a pet. Should be a middle ground available. Our 15 pound pet is not noisy until the 100 pound pets are barking. Floors in room with pets are sticky. As far as tv, have NO idea what channels are available or what can be seen. Some staff great, some couldn’t care less about customer. "
