Modern, beautiful holiday development "Fiumara", surrounded by trees and meadows. 9 km from the centre of Barletta, in a sunny position residential area (villas), 50 m from the sea, 50 m from the beach. Private: property 800 m2 (fenced) with lawn and flowers, lawn for sunbathing, beautiful garden to relax. Outdoor shower, patio, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, air conditioning, washing machine. Room cleaning on request (extra). Pre-arrival grocery service. Parking at the house. Supermarket, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 4 km, railway station "Barletta" 8 km, sandy beach 50 m. Nearby attractions: S Margherita di Savoia 10 km, Bari 70 km, Trani 25 km, Vieste/Gargano 110 km, Ostuni 150 km, Lecce 220 km. Please note: car recommended.

Disappointed

Tried to contact the owner many times during the day of arrival- none of the phone numbers worked,no answer to email. Waited at the house and FINALLY HomeAway contacted them. We are 2 couples and a single and needed 3 bathrooms. There was one full bathroom in the house and the other was a half bath. The other bathroom was outside in another building. The outside bathroom was so dirty and moldy shower curtain. Shower caddy was coated in rust. Shower so dirty we could not use it. So all 5 of us used one shower. Coffee pot was slimy inside with mold. Pillows smelled musty. When we called the owner to complain they said it was clean and we had to expect it to be like that since it is a vacation rental. They came the next day and when we showed them the dirty shower they said it was clean. We have filed a complaint with HomeAway.
