“We had a wonderful stay! Lindsay was so kind to help us get to and from our destination. The pod itself was super clean, and set up for Valentine’s Day which was a beautiful little extra touch. Tea and coffee was provided, had everything you would need for a perfect stay! Can’t thank you enough for a wonderful trip to Southwell. We will be back soon. ”

“The cottage is situated in a peaceful rural environment yet just a minute or two's drive from the A52 with easy access to Grantham, Nottingham and beyond. The cottage itself is spacious and homely with every facility you could wish for. We loved it. Lynn has thought of everything and likes to communicate personally to ensure her guests are fully briefed about the cottage, its history and the local area. Fabulous!”

“The pictures don't do it justice, the house is absolutely beautiful and so spacious. Ideal location. The hosts thought of EVERYTHING, the house is so well equipped and has literally everything you could possibly need. Hosts were fabulous and so responsive and even included a welcome basket with wine, treats and bread and milk. We couldn't believe how cheap it was for the location, amenities and house in general. We will 100% be back”

“Absolutely excellent apartment ”

“We did not stay. The room was upstairs and we had to go through a really trashy yard to get to it. It was cold and the heaters didn’t work, smelt like mildew and the bathroom was a disaster! We let and found appropriate accommodations! I can’t believe they would consider renting the place! We had to travel down a one way road to get to the place and the gate was closed. The neighbor sent us another way and the grounds were beautiful but the place was totally trashed. There was nobody there to……

“If you like comfy, cozy and convenient then don’t miss out on staying at the Cozy Cottage. It’s like staying in a modern version of your grandmother’s cottage. It’s charming and the owner Katie is a lovely person. We were surprised by the breakfast goodies and cookies waiting for us. It’s an easy walk into town and over to Sherwood Forest.”

“We stayed in the Lavender Cottage for two nights on a weekend away. The cottage is situated at a short distance from the Southwell Minster and village shops. Southwell itself is quite a compact and cute little village. The cottage is really well presented, clean and well equipped. The host, Rebecca, left us a hamper with bread, juice, milk etc. Everything was very clean and tidy. We had two cozy nights in there and the log fire was a great addition to the lovely relaxing feel the cottage has.……

“This apartment is big and equipped with most of facilities you need. There are co-op and store in gas station nearby. Highly recommend it to those planning a family trip. ”

“Beds comfortable plenty of space and great location. Lovely Thai restaurant locally.Don’t forget to bring a cork screw or as we did ask a lovely neighbour. Hopefully heating is working for you. Do your homework before visiting as no welcome pack in the house that we could see”

“ It seems that the staff are not used to greet guests good morning and the like. Also ,the restaurant is under renovation until end March, so reduced breakfast has to be served inside room. The environment outside the hotel is good,though, with many restaurants nearby.”
