Ocean block single family in Barnegat Light with views of Old Barney

Beautiful, well appointed, oceanside home on quiet street in the heart of Barnegat Light. Within walking distance to Daymark, the famous Mustache Bills Diner, Kubel’s restaurant, Jen’s Links mini golf and Poppy’s Ice Cream parlor. The rest of everything else Barnegat Light offers, including Dairy Queen, Barnegat Lighthouse and bayside marinas to name a few, are a short bike ride away. The borough-provided beach tram stops at the end of the street to provide the short rides to the ocean beach in season. The house features 4 bedrooms and 2-1/2 bathroom plus an outside shower. Inside the house, 3 large screen, smart TV’s were installed along with wireless internet throughout. There are two large, furnished decks to relax on as well as a smaller deck off the Master bedroom. From the roof deck, there are beautiful, 360 degree views for miles. In the garage are beach toys and six bikes and helmets ready to use. The back yard features a quiet sitting area shaded by the indigenous trees of the island.



There is no smoking nor any pets allowed on the property. There is no landline phone, tenants must bring their own cell phone. House should be left clean with all garbage and recycling in the containers out front with lids secure. Home has exterior cameras and a ring doorbell. Check-in time: 3 PM Checkout time is 11AM. Any furnishings that are moved should be returned to their original place. NO UNESCORTED CHILDREN ON ROOF DECK. No cars allowed in garage.
