「1st room at check in was 3rd floor no consideration taken that we were seniors. Could not manage poorly lite abd unsafe 2 flights of wooden stairs. We were moved to 1st floor, new but things were broken, outlets were not finished, telephone was not put in, could not plug in wall fan. Floor was filthy from contractors working. Next day moved to a front ocean view unit on 1st floor. We cleaned the floor. Bed was the worst mattress, springs were caved in. Terrible for sleeping. Tried using...

「A small part of the property is NOT on the courtyard or the beach, it's across the street. When booking on Expedia, this was not clear (to me, at least). The room was fine, but no views and only a slight inconvenience to walk across the street to the courtyard and beach.」

「The one bedroom unit was very clean and spacious. The staff was friendly and helpful. It’s in a good location close to Mashpee Commons, South Cape Beach and an easy drive to Falmouth or Hyannis. The reason for a 3 star review is the rooms and pool area need updating. The bed is not very comfortable and the couch was sagging. The bathroom doors did not shut completely which minimized privacy. The property needs to be maintained better.」
