Beautiful oasis

This was such a lovely home. It couldn’t have been more relaxing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quiet week in a beautiful neighborhood, close to many beaches.

A perfect house

This house is even better when seen in person. Spacious family room attached with sunroom was the best and most used and enjoyed by all. The swimming pool was clean, and the water was warm for us to enjoy in October. The instruction to enter the house and use of the house was clear and helpful. I would definitely consider this house for family retreat anytime.

Nice property!

The house was very spacious and clean. The location was great, with short drives to beaches and towns. Very nice pool (although there were issues with the heater during the first couple of days - fixed via property manager). Checkin etc was very straightforward, and the property manager was very prompt in responding to any issues. Texts were returned within minutes of being sent. Overall, a great rental. Some minor issues: home could use more serving dishes and towels for the size of the home.

Beautiful House

This house has everything you could ask for in a vacation property. Room for our family of 5 and my parents. New well appointed kitchen and baths. We really enjoyed the screened in porch and the pool was so nice to have especially on July 4th when the beaches were mobbed. The property managers provided all the information we needed and were very quick to respond to the few questions we had. Great location being just a few minutes from Millway beach and a marina where we took a whale watch cruise. We highly recommend the Dolphin restaurant for accommodating our large group last minute one night and food was great! Thank you to Pretty Picky Properties for managing our stay. The only thing I would suggest is adding a few games and cards other than that we had everything we needed.

Pre-Memorial Day vacation

The property was lovely and mostly quiet.(The Golf course next to the property didn’t seem to adhere to the quiet hours noted- mowers were going at 6:00AM.) I would suggest more stringent warnings related to ticks- the back yard was full of them. But this aside, the house was lovely, the kitchen well appointed and we had a very nice stay. Check in and out was easy- especially, as storms moving up the east coast made our trip slow going from the Philadelphia region and we arrived later than intended. It was overall a very positive experience.
