「The apartment is very quiet, spacious, tidy and clean. The reception is very friendly and helpful. We got all the information from the desk since day 1 we checked in. There’s 24 hours emergency hotline, We found that there’s no hot water at the mid-night. We called the emergency hotline, immediately someone came to fix the problem within few minutes. It’s a wonderful experience and definitely we will come again.」

「The Residence is in a restricted traffic area, so you can't directly drive to it without a permit. Our navigation system was not able to find the address and we had to enter a different one nearby and then walk to the residence (about 500m). The rooms are very nice Italian style and the staff is very friendly, including the restaurant. The food and service in the restaurant was great.」

「L'appartamento si trova in una posizione strategica a dieci minuti a piedi dalla Stazione di Porta Susa, metro bus e tram sotto casa anche negozi bar e ristoranti a pochi passi, il centro è raggiungibile in 15/20 minuti a piedi. L'alloggio è situato sotto i portici di un classico palazzo, è stato recentemente ristrutturato e arredato razionalmente, la pulizia era perfetta, la cucina con micronde, macchina per il caffè, bollitore elettrico ecc. ben fornita (mancava solo un cavatappi). 「La habitación es de buen tamaño, estuvimos muy cómodo 2 personas. Tuvimos lo necesario para una estancia de 6 días. La cocina nos funcionó bien para cosas sencillas. Cerca de vía Garibaldi y demuchos lugares turísticos a pié (20 minutos en promedio a la mayoría de atracciones del centro) Se agradece el elevador después de un día de mi ha caminata. Únicamente sugeriría un deshumidificador para mejorar el aire ambiente, hay mucho aroma a humedad. 」

"The hotel is located on the river bank, and it is about 2.5 kilometers to walk along the river path to the city center attractions. The reception staff were very friendly, and I especially want to thank Ms. Barbare for her helpful explanations. At the same time, I have to praise the free buffet breakfast provided, which has many choices and is delicious. We will definitely stay in this hotel for our next visit."
