Rooms were smelly, termite infested, custains dirty, pictures on Expedia are not what the hotel really is. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We paid pesos for one night and left room was horrid had to fix toilet so it would flush sink and mirrors were filthy shower had one tap working it was neither hot or cold I have no idea where the pr0m0 pictures came from but not in the room we were in totally unacceptable now you are charging for no show i want my money refunded

Descepcionante

Las fotos publicadas del hotel son de cuando lo inaguraron, porque actualmente esta en estado de deterioro muy grave, la piscina sucia, sin azulejo, las habitaciones los ventiladores no funcionaban, tiene goteras. Lamentablemente yo no lo recomiendo.

Pesimo hotel, no recomendable.

Hace un par de días me hospedé en este pésimo hotel, 0% la recomendación. Esta muy viejo, huele muy mal, sucio y humedad por todos lados. La alberca con agua estancada, hojas de árboles, basura y lama. Todo es madera y lógicamente llena de polilla; debajo de los muebles (visibles) hay demasiadas telarañas e insectos, por lógica supongo que debajo de las camas está peor. Polvo en toda la habitación, toallas limpias pero con olor a humedad, la ropa de cama olía limpio. El hotel debió haber sido un gran lugar en los 80's, tal como lo demuestran los reconocimientos colgados en la recepción de 1986 y 1989. Tiene vista a la laguna, pero todas las áreas comunes están inutilizables. El propietario (Sr. Óscar) es impulsivo y agresivo al recibir las críticas; en mi caso no accedió a realizar la devolución ya que al ver las condiciones de la habitación (después de 4 horas de haberla recibido) no nos quedamos ahí, buscamos otro hotel y la mejor opción también de gama económica fue el Hotel Casa Chiros (100% recomendado). No caigan en la publicidad falsa de este hotel, las fotos en redes sociales y en 'Hoteles.com' son del 2016. Lamentablemente no tomé fotos ya que no pretendía presumirlas y menos me imaginaba la mala experiencia.

we never have experienced such a filthy, unhealthy hotel . Hotels.com not checkin hotels that are totally a health hazard Me and my wife got sick and got allergic allergies from the contamination of the three rooms we tried the first room was full of ants and insects the toilet would not flush, the second room the bath room floor soaked thirty water. the third room the same.Horrible rueined our vacation.

Worst hotel and service ever!!! Stay away.

My family arrived at the hotel and decided not to stay as the pictures shown in the website are misleading; pictures do not match the actual conditions of the property. The hotel needs substantial maintenance work. Mattresses are really bad and need to be updated. The front desk lady is very rude; she refused to provide an invoice and said that she could do nothing to help me out and that I was welcome to contact the authorities to force them to give me an invoice. Terrible experience.

En general me gustó mucho el hotel! Es histórico y me encantó explorarlo, creo que los detalles de desgaste e instalaciones viejas como enchufes, puertas de madera, los smuebles, cerraduras, recepción incluso la alberca, etc. Lo hacen especial, es como estar en otra época del tiempo. Estuve muy agusto en el cuarto por la tarde era caluroso pues le daba el sol de frente. El personal muy amable, me resolvieron todas mis dudas, el estacionamiento es un portón azul.
