"Very good location and easy to find. Front desk staff is courteous, and is available 24 hours, making check in very easy. The double room was small, as expected, but everything was functional. It's an older building, but did the job. I personally found the bed and pillows much firmer that desired, but softer is a personal preference."

"We stayed in a private room which was very clean with a simple but good private bathroom. The check-in desk was kind enough to store our bags before and after check-in/out (for €1) as we had weird transit times. It’s in a very walkable area within 10 minutes of great food/drinks/nightlife/transit and within 15 to everything we wanted to see. Highly recommend for the budget traveller. "

"The apartment it self was really good, with good space, fittings and excellent bathrooms. It is well located in central Madrid with restaurants and shops and a supermarket nearby.
The big problem was arriving and not being able to get in. The door lock would not respond to the app and we were unable to get in until the Usense gave us a code. It was clear that the lock had been broken for some time as there was a physical card left in the apartment as we were also directed to do when checking...
